How accurate is the instant quote?

It is a real slice on a real PrusaSlicer instance, so the filament weight and print time are accurate. The price math is filament cost plus electricity plus depreciation plus labor markup plus Texas tax. If we ever have to charge more for a job, we email first.

What is your max build volume?

256x256x256mm on the Bambu X1, 250x210x210mm on the Prusa MK3S+. Larger parts can sometimes be printed in pieces and bonded; ask first.

Do you do food-safe parts?

The materials themselves are food-contact safe in PETG and PLA. The layer lines and the open nature of FDM printing are not. For anything that needs to be food-safe in production, we recommend a sealed coating or an alternative process.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, as a post-processing add-on at quote time. Rush ships within 24 hours of order.

Can I see the model before I order?

The quote tool shows a 3D preview of your STL once you upload. The catalog shop pages each have a viewer too.
