PROCESS
Upload, quote, ship.
1. Upload
Drag an STL onto the quote tool. We accept files up to 25 MB. If your file is larger, email it and we will quote it by hand, no surcharge.
2. Pick a material
PLA is the default and the cheapest. PETG is what we recommend for anything that lives near water, sun, or temperature. PETG-CF is for parts that need to be stiff. TPU is for parts that need to bend. We will steer you if you upload something obvious like a phone case in PLA.
3. See the quote
You will see a full breakdown: filament cost, electricity, machine depreciation, our labor markup, and Texas sales tax. The total is the total. The breakdown is there because we think you should see how a print is priced, not because we want you to optimize it for us.
4. Pay
Standard checkout, standard cards. The order shows up on our side with your STL attached. You will get an email confirmation and a print-start notification when the part goes on the bed.
5. We print
Most orders ship within 5 business days. We will email you if anything looks off (failed support generation, a wall thinner than the nozzle, a model that will not stand up). We will not just print something we know is going to fail.
6. Ships
Packed in a paper-padded box, USPS or UPS depending on size. Tracking comes with the shipping notification. If anything arrives broken, write us back and we reprint it.
