By placing an order with Tex’s Prints you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order. You retain all IP in models you upload; you grant us a non-exclusive license to print, slice, and store the file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not resell or redistribute uploaded files.

Prices and lead times shown at checkout are binding for that order. We do not retroactively change a quote after payment.

Limitation of liability: our maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
