Returns

Catalog items are returnable within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Email us first; we will send the return address and a prepaid label.

Custom prints from your STL files are not returnable as a rule, since the part was made specifically for you. If anything is wrong on our end (wrong material, defective print, damaged in shipping) we reprint it free.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.
