Ordering
Almost always. Upload a file or just a photo/sketch and we'll review printability, recommend materials, and send a quote. If something won't print well, we'll suggest changes for strength, fit, and quality.
Yes. We happily print one-offs as well as batches. No minimums on most items.
Absolutely. Many items offer volume pricing, and we handle business and education batch orders. Request bulk pricing on any product or via a quote.
Definitely. Send a photo, sketch, or description. We'll help translate it into a printable design and quote it before any work starts.
Materials
FDM filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU) and high-detail resin. We'll recommend the right one for strength, heat, flexibility, and finish. See our Materials page.
Turnaround
Most catalog items ship in 3–7 business days. Custom work depends on size, quantity, and complexity. Your quote includes a turnaround estimate before you commit.
Pricing
Catalog products show pricing up front. Custom prints are quoted after we review your file or idea. Price depends on size, material, infill, detail, and quantity.
Shipping
Yes, we ship nationwide via USPS and UPS, with tracking on every order. Local Cypress/Houston pickup can be arranged.
Returns
Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Then we'll repair, reprint, or refund. See our Return Policy.
Files
STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, and ZIP. No model yet? Photos or sketches work too, and we'll take it from there.
