• Uploaded files: 3D files, photos, and sketches you submit for quotes and production.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics (e.g., pages viewed) to improve the site.

How We Use It

• To quote, produce, and ship your orders.
• To communicate about your order and respond to inquiries.
• To improve our products, site, and service.
• To send updates or offers only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), shipping/labels (Shippo and carriers), email hosting (Namecheap Private Email), and analytics (PostHog). We share it only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Files

Uploaded designs are used solely to quote and produce your order and are not resold or redistributed. You can request deletion of your files after your order is complete.

We use privacy-respecting analytics and minimal cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
