Welcome to Tex's Prints. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. This is a general template. Please have it reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Orders & Quotes

Catalog prices are shown on each product. Custom work is quoted after a printability review; quotes are valid for 30 days. We begin production after payment (catalog) or quote approval and payment (custom). Turnaround estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Intellectual Property of Submitted Designs

You must have the right to print any design, logo, character, model, or file you submit. By placing an order, you represent that you own or are licensed to reproduce the design and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We reserve the right to decline any project that may infringe intellectual property or that we cannot produce to an acceptable standard.

Your Files

We use your files solely to quote and produce your order. We do not resell or redistribute your designs. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Our Content

The Tex's Prints name, logo, site content, and product photography are our property and may not be used without permission.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is added where required.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Returns

See our Return Policy. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
