Fit is the first spec: a label that rides onto the shoulder curve lifts, and one cut for the wrong circumference spirals on application. These sizes map to standard vial bodies — send your vial's diameter and straight sidewall height with your quote and we confirm the die before anything is cut.
2 ml vial labels
2.125 × 1 in
Full wrap with ~1/8 in overlap on standard 16 mm (2 ml) vial bodies; the overlap covers the leading edge so it resists lifting during handling.
3 ml vial labels
2.125 × 1 in or 2 × 1 in
2.125 × 1 in lands edge-to-edge on 17 mm bodies; 2 × 1 in leaves a deliberate panel gap that shows fill level and applies straight by hand.
10 ml vial labels
3 × 1 in
3 × 1 in runs edge-to-edge to a slight gap on 24–25 mm bodies.
30 ml vial labels
4 × 2 in or 3 × 2 in
4 × 2 in wraps standard 30 ml serum-style bodies with overlap — confirm your vial's straight sidewall measures at least 2 in, or choose the 3 × 2 in panel for shorter sidewalls.
