How It Works

Five steps from “I need labels” to labels on your product, with a proof approval gate that means you never get a box of surprises.

  1. Tell us what you need

Send a quote request with your container, label size (or just the container type and we'll size it), quantity, and artwork situation: print-ready files, one of our templates, or design help.

  2. We review and quote

We check your size against our stocked die-cut rolls, confirm the right material for how your product lives, and send clear pricing with quantity breaks, usually within one business day.

  3. You approve a digital proof

Before your first run we send a digital proof showing exactly what will print. Approve it, or request changes. The first proof and one revision round are always included.

  4. We print your labels

Printed on demand on our commercial pigment-ink label press. No plates, no plate fees, so short runs are genuinely practical.

  5. Ship or pick up

Labels ship nationwide with tracking, or arrange local pickup in the Houston metro. Reorders skip straight to production. Your approved design is saved.

Questions?

Label FAQ

50 labels per design and a $55 order minimum. No setup, plate, or die fees, and the first digital proof is free. Quantity breaks start at 100 and every label in your order counts toward the same tier.

Every first run of a new or changed design gets a digital proof, no exceptions, because it protects you from misprints. Exact reorders of an approved design skip the proof and go straight to production.

Quotes go out within one business day. Production time depends on the job and current workload. We give you a real date with your quote instead of a vague promise, and we'll tell you up front if a rush isn't possible.

Two options: personalize one of our label templates (fastest), or use our design service, from typesetting your text into a clean layout to a full custom design. Design fees are flat and quoted before any work begins.

Our press prints up to 4.25 inches wide on rolls up to 4.4 inches, with label lengths up to 24 inches, which covers vials, dropper bottles, most bottles and jars, and packaging labels. Need something bigger? Ask. If we can't print it well, we'll say so.

We say water-resistant, because that's what's true. On our synthetic film stocks, pigment ink resists water, smudging, and abrasion once dry, which is great for bottles and refrigerated products. Paper stocks are for dry, indoor use. See our materials guide for honest details.

We print CMYK and get very close on most brand colors, but we don't promise exact spot-color (Pantone) matches. No CMYK press honestly can. Your digital proof shows what to expect, and we're happy to run a test print for color-critical work.
