PDF is best (vector, fonts embedded or outlined). We also accept PNG, JPG, TIFF, and AI. Up to 5 files, 50 MB each. No SVG or ZIP, please.
300 dpi at final print size for raster art (PNG/JPG/TIFF). Screenshots and web images (72 dpi) look sharp on screen and fuzzy on a label — when in doubt, send the biggest original you have.
Extend backgrounds 1/16″ (0.0625″) past the label edge on all sides, and keep text and logos at least 1/16″ inside the edge. Die-cutting shifts a hair — bleed and safe area are what keep edges clean.
Keep body text at 6 pt or larger (8 pt+ for reversed white-on-dark text). Thin hairlines under 0.5 pt can drop out. Tiny lot/expiry text is our specialty, but physics still applies.
QR codes: 0.5″ square minimum, with quiet space around them, dark-on-light. Barcodes: don't scale them arbitrarily — send the original and we'll verify scannability on the proof.
We print CMYK pigment ink. RGB files are converted — most colors translate well, but neon and very saturated RGB tones shift. We get close to brand colors and show you on the proof; we don't promise exact Pantone matches.
One per stocked size — red bleed, navy trim, dashed safe area, in real inches. Open in Illustrator, Affinity, or Inkscape and build your art right on top.
Every first run gets a digital proof showing your artwork at final size on the chosen material, with the die line marked. Nothing prints until you approve it. The first proof and one revision round are included with every order.
Your content is your responsibility. By approving a proof you confirm you've verified everything on the label: spelling, product claims, regulatory or warning text, lot and expiration formats, barcode and QR contents, and that you have the rights to all artwork, logos, and trademarks used. We print to the approved proof — we don't review labels for legal or regulatory compliance.
