The film face handles condensation and handling; cold performance below zero is an adhesive property, not a face-stock property. We offer freezer-grade adhesive options and match the adhesive to the storage conditions you state at quote time. Two honest limits: label dry, room-temperature vials (wipe with isopropyl alcohol first, let the adhesive set before chilling), and nothing we print is rated for liquid-nitrogen immersion.
Yes — variable-data printing is native to our digital press. Lot numbers, batch numbers, and dates can change run to run, or unit to unit from a CSV you supply, with no plates and no new-setup fee. Variable fields are shown on your proof before the run.
50 labels per design. Every label in an order counts toward the same volume tier regardless of design mix, so a twelve-SKU catalog at 50 each prices like one 600-label run.
Yes. QR codes print at 0.5 in or larger, dark on light, with quiet space; barcodes are checked for scannability on your digital proof before production. The destination and content of every code remain yours.
Not currently. We only advertise capabilities we can document, and we don't stock a certified tamper-evident material today. If your line needs tamper evidence now, shrink bands from a packaging supplier pair well with our labels — and if we add a certified stock, we'll say so plainly.
We print what you approve on the proof, and label content is entirely your responsibility — including regulatory text, warnings, and claims. We recommend the “For research use only — not for human use” line as the default template field, and we don't advise on what your product legally requires.
Water-resistant, not waterproof. On film stocks, cured pigment ink shrugs off condensation, splashes, and wiping; neither the face nor the print is rated for immersion.
Approved designs are stored. Reorders skip proofing (unless the design changed), variable data updates without setup, and repeat runs go straight into the production queue.
Print-ready PDF preferred; PNG, JPG, TIFF, and AI also accepted. 300 dpi at final size, 1/16 in bleed and safe area. Free dieline templates for every stocked size are on the artwork guidelines page.
No. We are a label printer. We sell printing — never compounds, and never advice about them.
