Vial labels by feature
Research suppliers screen label vendors on three things: traceability fields, scannable codes, and cold-storage adhesive options. Each feature below states exactly what we print and verify on the proof, and which content decisions remain yours.
Variable-data lot and batch printing
Native to our digital press: lot numbers, batch numbers, and dates change run to run, or unit to unit from a CSV you supply, with no plates and no new-setup fee. Variable fields are rendered on your proof exactly as they will print.
QR codes and barcodes
QR codes print at 0.5 in or larger, dark on light, with proper quiet space; linear barcodes are checked for scannability on your digital proof before production. The destination and content of every code remain yours.
COA reference and structured fields
Templates carry structured slots for product name, strength/concentration, volume, lot, batch, dates, and a COA reference, with the “For research use only. Not for human use.” line as the recommended default field, not fine print.
Cold-storage adhesive options
The film face resists the condensation that follows refrigeration; performance below zero is an adhesive property, matched per stock. Tell us the storage conditions at quote time and we pair the label with a freezer-grade adhesive option. Not rated for liquid-nitrogen immersion. We say so because it's true.
