If the item lives on a car key fob exposed to sun, ASA resists UV. And when you want a tiny mascot or product replica with fine, crisp detail, resin delivers the sharpest result, with the tradeoff that it is more brittle than FDM parts.

Batch printing and cost

Small items get cheaper per unit the more you order, because we can fit many on a single print bed and run them together. A run of fifty logo keychains costs far less per piece than ordering one. The biggest cost driver is the one-time design work to turn your logo into a clean, printable 3D model. Once that model exists, repeat batches are quick and inexpensive. Turning a logo into a 3D model

A flat logo is not automatically a 3D model. To print well, your artwork needs to become a solid object with real depth and clean edges. We can:

• Extrude a 2D logo or text into a raised 3D shape
• Build a two-color part so the logo reads in a contrasting color
• Add a keyring loop, hole, or magnet pocket
• Scale the design so fine details survive at keychain size
