5 ml vial labels: 3 × 1 in wrap for 22 mm ISO 6R vials
The 22 mm body of a 5 ml vial takes a 3 in wrap on the same cured-pigment film stocks. Water, smudge, and abrasion resistant through repeated handling.
Printed inline in full color on our digital press. No plates, no plate fees, and a 50-label minimum per design, so a short run of 5 ml vial labels costs what a short run should.
5 ml vial dimensions
Nominal per ISO 8362-1 or the common serum-vial equivalent. We cut every die to your measured outside diameter, so send calipers numbers with your quote if your vials differ.

Fit spec
3 × 1 in wraps a 22 mm body with roughly 1/4 in of overlap. Most 5 ml vials sold as ISO 6R measure 22 mm; some molded serum vials run 20 mm, which turns the overlap into a wider seam. Send the measured diameter and we set the die.

Material options
White matte film (recommended) or white gloss film. Permanent acrylic adhesive standard, freezer-grade adhesive on request.
- White matte film (BOPP): the default for vials
- White gloss film: saturated color, wipeable
- Clear film: dark art only, no white ink
- Freezer-grade adhesive: on request for storage below zero

Cap circle stickers
A 0.75 in circle sits inside the flip-off cap of a 20 mm finish with a small margin. Suppliers use it for a color code, a strength, or a second lot mark that survives when the wrap is turned away. Circles under 2 in are cut as a custom die, so request them on the quote form with the wrap and we price the pair together.
