Peptide & GLP-1 vial labels

Inline digital color, no plate fees, 50-label minimums, and short-run turnaround in days. Custom vial labels for peptide research suppliers, including GLP-1 research lines, printed on durable film built for cold storage, gloved handling, and the traceability fields peptide buyers expect. We print the labels your peptide vials ship with; we never sell compounds, and never advice about them. Nothing prints until you approve a digital proof.

Sized for peptide vials

Most peptide and GLP-1 research lines ship in 2 ml and 3 ml crimp-top vials, and the 2.125 × 1 in film wrap is the workhorse: a full wrap with overlap that seals the leading edge against handling and condensation. Larger peptide blends in 5, 10, or 20 ml vials get measured wraps or hand-apply panels. Every stocked size is specced on its own page.

The peptide field set

Product name, strength or concentration, volume, lot, batch, manufactured date, expiration or retest date, QR or barcode, COA reference. The structured slots peptide procurement teams look for, with the research-use-only line as our recommended default. Your team owns the label content; our job is keeping it legible at 6 pt on a 2 ml wrap.

Built for the cold chain

Lyophilized peptides live in refrigerators and freezers, and their labels meet condensation the moment a vial comes out. White film stocks shrug off moisture, smudging, and abrasion once the ink cures; freezer-grade adhesive options cover storage below zero. State the storage conditions at quote time and we match the stock to them.

Batch after batch

Peptide catalogs turn over fast: new blends, new strengths, new lots. Approved designs are stored for one-step reorders, variable data updates without new setup, and every label in a mixed-SKU order counts toward the same volume tier. Minimums start at 50 labels per design, with a digital proof before the first run.

Peptide label questions, answered straight

Do you print labels for GLP-1 research peptides?

Yes. GLP-1 research suppliers are a core part of our vial-label work. The typical order is a 2.125 × 1 in film wrap for 2 to 3 ml lyophilized peptide vials with structured fields for product name, strength, lot, batch, dates, and a COA reference, plus the “For research use only. Not for human use.” line we recommend as the default. We print the labels your vials ship with, never the compounds inside them.

What belongs on a peptide vial label?

The field set procurement expects: product name, strength or concentration, volume, lot number, batch number, manufactured date, expiration or retest date, a QR code or barcode, and a COA reference. Many peptide suppliers also add a blank write-in line (for example, a date field their customers fill in by hand). That is ordinary label content and prints fine. Label content is entirely your responsibility, including regulatory text; we recommend the research-use-only line as the default.

Will peptide vial labels survive refrigeration and cold shipping?

The white film face resists the condensation that follows cold storage, gloved handling, and alcohol wipe-downs once the pigment ink cures. Cold performance below zero is an adhesive property. Tell us your storage conditions at quote time and we match a freezer-grade adhesive to them. Label dry, room-temperature vials and let the adhesive set before chilling. Nothing we print is rated for liquid-nitrogen immersion.

Can each peptide batch carry its own lot number?

Yes. Variable-data printing is native to our press: lot numbers, batch numbers, and dates change run to run, or unit to unit from a CSV, with no plates and no new-setup fee. Every peptide SKU in a mixed order counts toward the same volume tier, so a twelve-peptide catalog at 50 labels each prices like one 600-label run.

What does a short run of peptide vial labels cost to set up?

Nothing beyond the labels. The press is an inline digital color press, so there are no plates, no plate fees, and no setup charge when a design changes. The minimum is 50 labels per design, pricing comes back within one business day, and production is scheduled when you approve the digital proof.
