20 ml vial storage racks that carry fifty full vials without flexing

Twenty-millilitre vials are the heaviest thing on the bench, and a rack that flexes under fifty of them is worse than no rack. The 20 ml rack uses 3.5 mm walls, a 34 mm bore depth, and a full floor so it can be lifted loaded from one end.

PETG, ASA, or PLA. Bore held to about ±0.2 mm. Cut to your measured vial on request, at no extra charge.

Fit

30.8 mm bore for the 30 mm ISO 20R body. 30 ml serum vials share the same 30 mm diameter and fit this rack; they simply stand taller. Molded 20 ml vials in the 31 to 32 mm range get a wider bore on request.

Where the 20 ml rack earns its bench space

Bulk diluent, multi-dose research vials, and receiving inspection. A 100-position 20 ml rack is about 34 cm on a side, so it ships as two interlocking 50-position halves.
