3 ml vial holders for 17 × 39 mm serum vials

Most 3 ml vials are a millimeter wider than a 2 ml, which is enough to matter. A 2 ml rack pinches them and a 5 ml rack lets them lean. The 3 ml rack is bored at 17.8 mm so the vial stands straight and the label faces out.

PETG, ASA, or PLA. Bore held to about ±0.2 mm. Cut to your measured vial on request, at no extra charge.

Fit

Cut for a 17 mm body with 0.4 mm of clearance per side. The 24 mm bore depth holds a 39 mm vial at just past its midpoint, low enough to stay put in a drawer and high enough to grab.

Where the 3 ml rack earns its bench space

Suppliers who run 2 ml and 3 ml side by side usually order both racks in different colors so a tech never has to read the label to know which tray is which.
