5 ml vial holders for 22 mm ISO 6R and 20 mm molded vials
Five-millilitre vials come in two bodies: the 22 mm ISO 6R tubular vial and a 20 mm molded serum vial. The rack ships bored for 22 mm unless you tell us otherwise. Send a measured diameter, or a vial, and we cut to it.
PETG, ASA, or PLA. Bore held to about ±0.2 mm. Cut to your measured vial on request, at no extra charge.

Vial dimensions are nominal per ISO 8362-1 or the common serum-vial equivalent. The bore follows your measured diameter when you give us one.

Fit
22.8 mm bore for the 22 mm ISO 6R body. For 20 mm molded vials we bore at 20.8 mm instead; the pitch stays the same so mixed trays line up.
Where the 5 ml rack earns its bench space
Diluent and multi-dose research vials, small-batch fill runs, and the shelf next to the balance. The 26 mm rack height keeps a 40 mm vial upright when the tray is slid, not lifted.
